The Challenge
Publishing batches of prepared articles across multiple WordPress sites required repetitive copying, media uploads, taxonomy setup, date scheduling, and error checking inside several admin panels.
What We Built
We built a PySide6 desktop application that imports spreadsheet metadata and DOCX content, manages cover and inline images, stores multiple site profiles, previews converted posts, filters readiness, tests REST API connections, publishes selected or complete batches, and records detailed progress and errors.
The Outcome
The tool converts a manual multi-step routine into a controlled desktop workflow where content can be prepared in familiar files, reviewed once, and delivered consistently to the right WordPress sites.
